When registering at Jili Lucky, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at Jili Lucky is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. All deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Jili Lucky wallet in real time. Deposits via bank transfer (InstaPay and PESONet) are generally credited within one business day. Jili Lucky is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

4.3 No Third-Party Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Jili Lucky does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the name on your Jili Lucky profile, it may be reversed and any resulting balance frozen pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at Jili Lucky is ₱100. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

Jili Lucky may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ₱50,000. This is a regulatory requirement and not a means of withholding funds. Once verified, your account will be approved for withdrawals and future requests will be processed without additional document requests under normal circumstances.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

For security purposes, Jili Lucky requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment account used to make the original deposit, where possible. If your original deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain cards), you may be asked to provide an alternative verified account in your own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Jili Lucky offers a range of bonuses including a welcome bonus, daily rebates, and the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual offers.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Jili Lucky account must meet a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱10,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable balance.

6.2 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

The welcome bonus at Jili Lucky is available to new players on their first deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, per household address, per device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and account termination.

6.3 Refer a Friend Programme

The Jili Lucky Refer a Friend programme awards ₱200 for every new player you successfully refer. To qualify, the referred player must be a genuinely new Jili Lucky member who has never previously held an account, and they must make a first deposit of at least ₱50 using your referral link. The bonus is credited to the referrer's wallet automatically upon the referred player's qualifying deposit.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Jili Lucky reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if we have reason to believe that a player or group of players is exploiting our promotions in bad faith — including through arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay. 7. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on Jili Lucky — including JILI Slots, Baccarat, Pusoy, live Sabong, Volleyball Betting, and Esports Betting — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are published within each game or section of the platform. These individual rules supplement (and in the event of a conflict, supersede) the general provisions of these Terms where they specifically address game outcomes and settlement.

7.1 Bets Are Final

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on Jili Lucky, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify all details of a bet before confirming it. Jili Lucky does not accept requests to void bets due to player error.

7.2 System Errors

In the event of a technical error, network disruption, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet at Jili Lucky, we reserve the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Where a game completes normally and results are recorded correctly, those results stand regardless of any peripheral technical issues.

7.3 Sabong Specific Rules

All live Sabong streams on Jili Lucky originate from PAGCOR-authorised cockpit venues. Bets are settled strictly in accordance with the official result declared by the cockpit referee. If a fight is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes refunded. If a fight is stopped mid-contest, the result follows the official referee's declaration; where no official result is recorded, bets are voided.

7.4 Sports and Esports Betting

Volleyball and esports betting markets at Jili Lucky follow the event rules specified in each market. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or result reversal by the relevant governing body, Jili Lucky will follow the applicable competition rules and may void affected bets where appropriate.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jili Lucky. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on Jili Lucky under any combination of names or details.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated system to interact with Jili Lucky games or the cashier.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with your Jili Lucky account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain.
• Using funds of illegal origin to make deposits on Jili Lucky.
• Colluding with other players in any game offered on the platform.
• Sharing your Jili Lucky account credentials with others or allowing others to use your account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Jili Lucky will notify the account holder by email or SMS and outline the steps required to resolve the matter. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own Jili Lucky account may do so by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment account subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jili Lucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network disruption, or player error.

Jili Lucky's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
